What is the organization responsible for?
The organization:
- Decides the length of the event
- Decides the menu of topics to be presented
- Acquires a room to accommodate the number of attendees
- Provides a projection system and screen
- Provides a sound system which includes a lavaliere mic (for more than 50 attendees)
- Provides the appropriate number of flip charts
- Provides morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch (as appropriate)
What is Neal responsible for?
- Laptop to connect to projection system
- Handout materials for each session
- Evaluation forms (if not provided by the organization)
- Travel arrangements (working with the organization, as appropriate)
What is the limit for the number of attendees?
There is no limit other than the cap set by room size or the desires of the organization. Typically between 20 and 200 attendees participate.
How many PDUs can be earned?
Neal is a Registered Education Provider® with PMI®. Each full day earns an attendee 7 PDUs.
1-day PDUs (7.0): Technical (.75), Leadership (4.75), Strategic (1.5)
2-day PDUs (14.0): Technical (1.5), Leadership (9.5), Strategic (3.0)
