Project failure is expensive to your organization and to your career. This course will reveal the most prevalent causes of project failure and will show you what you can do to avoid the reason for failure by going after the root causes. Not surprising, the project manager is almost always a major factor for success or failure of a project.
This course is so important to project and program managers, it should be mandatory for all project and program managers—whether new or experienced. For new project managers, the course will be eye opening and can save their projects from potential crash and burn. Although the course is predominantly focused on IT projects, the lessons are relevant to all industries and all projects.

Course Length
